A lifelong Wichitan, Jessica Holle has built her real estate career around something simple: taking great care of people. With almost a decade of experience in real estate and an additional 10 years in client relations, she understands that buying or selling a home is about much more than the transaction- it’s a major life transition, and having the right guidance matters.
As the founder and team leader of Holle Homes, Jessica works with buyers and sellers throughout the Wichita area, with a particular passion for helping homeowners navigate the often-complicated process of selling one home while preparing for their next. She combines deep local market knowledge, honest communication, and years of experience to help her clients understand their options and make confident decisions. Her approach is never one-size-fits-all; she believes great real estate service starts with listening, educating, and building a plan around what matters most to each client.
Jessica is a graduate of Wichita State University, where she earned her degree in Business Administration and Marketing and cheered for the Shocker basketball team. Her love for Wichita extends well beyond real estate, and giving back to the community that has supported her business is an important part of both Jessica’s life and the mission behind Holle Homes.
Jessica and her husband, Jacob, have three children and spend much of their free time cheering them on at their activities, traveling, and enjoying time with friends and family.
