Hayley Konda
Director of Operations
Hayley began her career in real estate working for a Keller Williams brokerage before moving to Wichita with her husband during his military service. A lifelong love of houses, architecture, and home design first sparked her interest in the real estate industry, while her experience within it ultimately led her to discover a passion for the operational and creative side of the business.
As Director of Operations for Holle Homes, Hayley oversees the team’s day-to-day operations, systems and processes, marketing, and client experience. She focuses on creating the structure and consistency that allow the team to stay organized and provide an exceptional experience for every client. She also holds a Kansas real estate license, giving her firsthand knowledge of the buying and selling process.
After several years in Wichita, Hayley and her husband returned to their home state of Washington following his military service. While she’s happy to be back in the Pacific Northwest, she’ll admit that Kansas sunsets gave Washington some serious competition.
Outside of work, Hayley loves traveling, attending concerts and comedy shows, exploring new places with her husband, and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks. Go Hawks!
