Originally from Seattle, Washington, Hayley moved to Wichita a few years ago with her husband through the military. Her lifelong love of houses, architecture, and home design shows led her to pursue a career in real estate. She serves as the Director of Operations for the Holle Homes team, where she oversees all administrative systems, marketing, and client communication to ensure every transaction runs seamlessly from start to finish. Hayley plays a key role in managing listing preparation, coordinating with vendors and lenders, optimizing workflows, and supporting the team’s agents so they can provide an exceptional client experience.

In addition to her operations leadership, Hayley is also a licensed real estate agent, allowing her to bring a uniquely well-rounded understanding of the buying and selling process. This dual perspective helps her anticipate client needs, maintain high service standards, and create streamlined processes that benefit the entire team.

When she’s not helping clients, Hayley and her husband love exploring new places, attending concerts and comedy shows, and cheering on their favorite football team- go Seahawks! While she misses the mountains, ocean, and rainy days of the Pacific Northwest, Hayley has come to love Wichita’s small-town charm and breathtaking sunsets.
